How does client support work?
Your agency remains the first point of contact for clients. Escalate hosting issues to Phoenix through your agency account. Practical troubleshooting and assisted work use your monthly allowance; end clients do not receive an unlimited direct helpdesk service.
What is included in training and support?
Training is a scheduled session for your team each month. Practical support covers hosting setup and troubleshooting, WordPress and Divi guidance, and help investigating client hosting issues. Book sessions in advance. Unused monthly training and practical support time do not roll over.
Are client accounts unlimited?
There is no fixed account-count limit, but every client account shares the storage and monthly traffic shown for your plan. Website resource usage and platform limits still apply.
Does this include full website maintenance?
Agency Hosting provides guidance and assistance within your stated time allowance. Ongoing updates for every client website, content changes, custom development, design projects, SEO delivery and emergency malware recovery are not automatically included. Extra work is quoted before it begins.
Can we start small and grow?
Choose a plan based on your total storage, traffic and support needs. Contact Phoenix when your agency needs a larger allowance or a tailored arrangement. Domain registration and renewals are separate from the monthly agency price.
